Shipping Costs 


$0 - $98.99 = Flat Rate $9.95

$99 + = FREE


$0 - $99 = $14.95

$99 - $249.99 = $6.95

$250 + = FREE

* Please note: selecting express shipping does not mean your order will leave our warehouse any sooner (usual dispatch times still apply) It also does not guarantee next day delivery once your order has been shipped. Australia post can take up to 3 days to deliver express post packages. We are unable to refund the postage costs if Australia Post do not deliver the next day. 

For international orders, prices are based on the weight of your items at checkout. Prices start from $15. Please be aware some countries charge customs fees and import duties. It is your responsibility to be aware if any of these charges are applicable in your country as you will be responsible for any of these costs. 

Signature Required and Authority to Leave

Your parcel will be sent automatically requiring a signature. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered it will be taken to your nearest post office and a card will be left for you to collect. You will be given the option by Australia Post once sent to provide authority to leave. 

If you choose authority to leave we will not be held responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered.

Shipping Time Frames

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on weekends, Australian national holidays or Victorian public holidays. 

We ship via Australia Post for all deliveries including international. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive once shipped. 

For all international deliveries, depending on where you are located, the time frame to receive your order will vary. Please see below estimates provided by Australia Post 

New Zealand : 5 business days

China: 8 business days

Rest of Asia: 7-10 business days

USA: 5 business days

Canada: 9 business days 

Pacific Islands: 6-9 business days

UK and Ireland: 6-7 business days

Major Europe: 7-10 business days

International Order Information

We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Import Taxes - You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in you home country. We cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier, taxation laws in your delivery country and other customs charges. 

Due to International laws, we state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.

All Australian and International orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped

Returned Parcels

We can not be held responsible for items returned to us or items lost in transit due to the incorrect address being provided, or it was not collected by you in a reasonable time frame. We will need to apply additional charges to have your parcel resent or replaced. Please be sure to carefully check the details prior to placing your order and carefully check your order confirmation email which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. Be sure to notify us right away if there is an error. 

Returning Products Due to Change of Mind 

If you wish to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will provide return instructions . The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Return postage will be at your expense. Once the item has been received and verified of its condition, we will issue you with a store gift card which will be valid for 24 months.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items for change of mind. 

Cancelling an Order Prior to Shipping

You may cancel an order prior to us shipping it if you change your mind. We will process the refund via the original method you used to pay. Please note your  refund will be minus the merchant fees charged to us that is not refunded back to us by the payment provider. 

Returns on Gift Cards

Sale of Gift cards are final. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Allergic Reactions

We are unable to accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs. Please ensure you read the full ingredients list provided on the product pages prior to purchasing. We also advise purchasing smaller size or sample options where available if you are trying a product for the first time. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is either faulty, or different to what you have placed in your cart, we will of course organise one of the following by your choosing :  a replacement item , full refund or store credit. You will not be charged for shipping again. 

Currency Noted on Our Website

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.

 What Countries Are Available For Afterpay ?

We are able to provide afterpay to our customer in Australia and New Zealand. For New Zealand customers, your instalment amounts will be shown by afterpay in NZD prior to confirming your order. 

Redeeming $5 off for signing up to the newsletter

Once you are at checkout, simply enter the code provided from the email we sent into the discount code box.

The $5 discount can only be redeemed once and is valid for purchases over $25 excluding shipping charges. There is no expiry date. 

Promotional Codes Not Entered Prior To Checking Out

Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes after the order has been finalised. Please ensure you check the details of your order before finalising your purchase.
