Q. Do you Ship Internationally ?

A. Yes ! We ship worldwide to most countries.

Q. How much does shipping cost ?

A.  For Australian orders we offer free shipping on all order over $75. Orders under that amount will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 . 

Express shipping is available on Australian orders only. It is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders over $75 and $14.95 for orders under $75. 

* Please note: selecting express post does not mean your order will leave our warehouse any sooner, and it does not guarantee next day delivery once your order has been shipped. Australia post can take up to 3 days to deliver express post packages. We are unable to refund the postage costs if Australia Post do not deliver the next day. 

For international orders, prices are based on the weight of your items at checkout. Prices start from $15. Please be aware some countries charge customs fees and import duties. It is your responsibility to be aware if any of these charges are applicable in your country as you will be responsible for any of these costs. 

Q. Is a signature required to accept my delivery ?

You will be given an option at checkout to select either authority to leave if no one is home when your parcel arrives or you may choose signature required. 

If you choose authority to leave we will not be held responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered.

If you choose signature required and you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your closest Australia Post outlet. 

Q. Will I be notified once my item has shipped ?

A. Yes, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.

All Australian and International orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped (with the exception of AU sample products that have free shipping . There will be no tracking number provided).

Q. How long will it take to get my order ?

A. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours (though usually sooner) . We do not ship on weekends, Australian national holidays or Victorian public holidays. 

We ship via Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive once shipped. 

For all international deliveries we ship via DHL. Depending on where you are located the time frame to receive your order will vary. Please see below estimates provided by DHL: 


New Zealand : 3 - 5 business days

Asia Pacific: 5 - 12 business days

Western Europe : 5 - 12 business days

North America : 7 - 12 business days 

Rest of the World : 9 - 14 business days

Q. What happens if my parcel is returned due to an incomplete address or incorrect address?

We can not be held responsible for items returned to us due to the incorrect address being provided. We will need to apply additional charges to have your parcel resent once the item is returned to us. Please be sure to carefully check the details prior to placing your order and carefully check your order confirmation email which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. Be sure to notify us right away if there is an error. 

Q. Am I able to return a product if I change my mind ?

A. If you wish to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will provide return instructions . The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Return postage will be at your expense. Once the item has been received and verified of its condition, we will issue you with a store gift card which will be valid for 24 months.

 Q. What if I have an allergic reaction ?

A. We are unable to accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs. Please ensure you read the full ingredients list provided on the product pages prior to purchasing. We also advise purchasing smaller size or sample options where available if you are trying a product for the first time. 

Q. What happens if my item is faulty or it is not what I ordered ?

A.  In the unlikely event you receive an item that is either faulty, or different to what you have placed in your cart, we will of course organise one of the following by your choosing :  a replacement item , full refund or store credit. You will not be charged for shipping again. 

Q. What currency are your prices displayed in ?

A. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.

Q. How do I redeem my $5 off for signing up to the newsletter?

A. Once you are at checkout, simply enter the code provided from the email we sent into the discount code box. 

Q. How many times can I redeem my $5 off for signing up ?

A. The $5 discount can only be redeemed once and is valid for purchases over $25 excluding shipping charges. There is no expiry date. 

Q. What happens if I forgot to enter a promotional discount and have already placed my order?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes after the order has been finalised. Please ensure you check the details of your order before finalising your purchase.
